The next morning, Li Cheng was already waiting outside Ying Yuwei’s door early.

He had seen the chaotic rumors circulating on social media yesterday and wasn’t sure if Ying Yuwei would be upset about it and disregard what he had to say. So, he waited patiently by her door.

When Ying Yuwei opened the door, she was met with Li Cheng’s embarrassed face. He slightly bowed his body, speaking with a hint of pleading in his tone:

“Master Ying, those things online are all nonsense. You don’t need to pay attention to them. I’ll have someone shut down their accounts immediately.”

The servants on the first floor of the Li household exchanged glances, all clearly shocked. Over the years, Li Cheng had brought some women home, but they were always accommodated in guest rooms on the first floor and never allowed upstairs. His attitude towards them was always indifferent, never like now, bowing slightly while speaking to a woman.

In their hearts, the servants elevated Ying Yuwei’s status, suspecting she might become the lady of the Li family.

Ying Yuwei nodded, not bothered by the fact she was caught on camera. She had watched the videos yesterday and thought the angles made her look quite good.

By early morning, the Li family’s driver was already waiting outside. After breakfast, Ying Yuwei and the others headed to the Li family ancestral tomb, which was the most famous cemetery in Hongkong. It was said that after Li Cheng made his fortune, he had relocated his father’s tomb there.

The Li family’s ancestral tomb was situated near the top of the highest tier of the hill, covering a vast area with a broad view.

When Ying Yuwei and the group arrived, many people were already standing around the cemetery. Bodyguards formed a perimeter guarding the site. Unexpectedly, many people had even set up cameras around the area to film:

“Welcome everyone to the broadcaster’s live stream. Rumor has it the richest man will bring his girlfriend home today to pay respects to his ancestors. Let’s see who his girlfriend is.”

“I wonder if the richest man will announce a marriage soon. Let’s watch together.”

Li Cheng’s face darkened. He shouted at the surrounding bodyguards, “Who the hell let these people in?” Before the bodyguards could respond, Liu Chang came running over, panting heavily.

“Master Uncle, it’s bad news!”

Li Cheng had invited all the renowned feng shui masters in Hongkong to the cemetery for the ancestral matters. Seeing Liu Chang call Ying Yuwei “Master Uncle” stunned everyone present.

Liu Chang was a veteran in Hongkong’s feng shui circle. Apart from the association president, no one had seen him so attentive to anyone. Everyone craned their necks, eager to know who this “Master Uncle” was.

Ying Yuwei took the bottle of water from Anyu and twisted it open, handing it to Liu Chang. “Take a sip and tell us slowly.”

Li Cheng scoffed, “Master Liu, you’re supposed to be a top-level expert. Why are you so jumpy? Can’t you be more composed?”

Liu Chang accepted the water, swallowed, and then began to speak. What he said next stunned everyone present:

“The tombstone exploded.”

Li Cheng tilted his head, his voice rising sharply, “What did you say? It exploded?”

Liu Chang calmly and sincerely repeated, “Boss Li, your tombstone exploded.”

Li Cheng then ran forward in a near-crazed manner, shouting, “Ah! Dad! My dad!”

Ying Yuwei frowned. “When did the tombstone explode?”

“This morning. Boss Li asked me to come first. When I arrived, I saw the tombstone split in two,” Liu Chang indicated the direction of the tomb.

Ying Yuwei immediately headed toward the tomb, with Liu Chang rushing ahead to guide her.

As everyone craned their necks, curious to see who Liu Chang had brought, they saw Li Cheng running toward them in a mess, shouting “Dad!” They were about to comfort him when Liu Chang appeared, followed by someone else. All eyes shifted.

Seeing the young girl following Liu Chang, the crowd furrowed their brows. Why was it a young girl?

Liu Chang brought Ying Yuwei before the crowd and was about to introduce her.

But before he could say more, someone interrupted, “Old Liu, we heard you invited a powerful Taoist friend to help us figure out what’s wrong with this tomb. So why did you bring a young girl? Where’s this Taoist friend?”

Liu Chang looked puzzled. “Isn’t she right here?” he said, pointing to Ying Yuwei.

Suddenly, someone in the crowd slapped their forehead in realization and loudly declared, “I remember who she is.”

Ying Yuwei’s eyes showed a flicker of surprise. Could it be that her reputation as a master had already spread? The person then pulled out their phone and began playing a video.

The video was taken at the airport. As it opened, Anyu pointed at Ying Yuwei and loudly declared, “There’s no one in the entire Hongkong feng shui circle more powerful than my master.”

Ying Yuwei was silently exasperated and glanced at Anyu, who looked proud as if saying, “I’m telling the truth.”

“That’s right. She alone is worth the entire Hongkong feng shui circle,” the person said, turning off the video and pointing at Ying Yuwei.

The feng shui masters gathered around the tomb looked unfriendly. Most of them were elderly with graying hair and had been in the profession much longer than Ying Yuwei.

Li Cheng noticed the subtle tension around Ying Yuwei and no longer cared about the tombstone split on the ground. He hurriedly stood up.

“What’s going on here?”

Suddenly, the crowd parted, and an elderly gentleman in traditional Tang attire with gray hair appeared. He leaned heavily on a cane, and when he stopped, he struck the cane on the ground with authoritative force.

“Boss Li, is this the person you invited? Young in age but big in mouth. But in our Hongkong feng shui circle, we won’t tolerate such insolence from a mere child. If she doesn’t apologize today, I guarantee no one in the Hongkong feng shui circle will deal with your family’s affairs ever again.”

Li Cheng’s expression changed dramatically. He politely took the old man’s hand.

“President Chen, that’s a serious accusation. There must be some misunderstanding here.”

Then he nervously glanced at Ying Yuwei.

While the discussion continued, Anyu took out a folding camping chair from his bag and set it up for Ying Yuwei. So, while everyone else stood, Ying Yuwei sat there boldly, displaying extreme arrogance.

President Chen’s mustache twitched with anger.

“Look at her arrogant attitude. Where does that look like a misunderstanding?”

Hearing this, Ying Yuwei stood up and shrugged lazily.

“So what if I look down on you?”
