The two of them quickened their pace toward the office. Along the way, Liu He’s mind raced rapidly. He had to make full use of the combat techniques of the “Naginata Martial God” to plan the possible next move. In the academy’s conference room, Principal Lu Caiyuan had been waiting for some time. Upon seeing the two enter, he immediately gestured for them to sit.
“Today, we must make some decisions for the academy’s future,” Lu Caiyuan said, his voice slow but resolute.
“I suggest we first identify their key targets and then launch a focused counterattack,” Kong Xiangrui proposed.
Liu He nodded silently, already calculating something else in his mind. At that moment, a bold plan took shape within him.
“Principal, Teacher Kong, I have an idea,” he said, his gaze revealing a trace of confidence. “Since Han Kun’s men are all skilled in certain attack techniques, we should fight fire with fire and use the academy’s environment to set traps.”
Lu Caiyuan showed signs of approval and was about to speak when hurried footsteps echoed outside. A student burst through the door, breathless.
“Principal, bad news! Han Director’s men have broken in!”
Time was pressing, and there was little room left for discussion.
Liu He instantly stood up, his usual calm replaced by an urgent sense of responsibility. He turned to Kong Xiangrui.
“Arrange for the students to retreat for now. Principal, you lead the teachers in preparing to respond.”
Lu Caiyuan nodded, his expression solemn yet composed.
“Liu He, the next steps are on you.”
“Don’t worry.”

Liu He responded swiftly and strode toward the sports field. He understood deeply that this sudden confrontation would once again test his wisdom and strength. He would protect this land he loved with his actions.
The sunlight gradually dimmed beneath an encroaching veil of dark clouds. Liu He stood at the center of the field, gripping his weapon tightly, focusing intently on every subtle shift around him. Reflecting on everything that had happened, he drew a deep breath, his heart unwavering: no matter how many challenges lay ahead, he would spare no effort to defend the future of Yun City Academy.
With determined steps, Liu He moved forward, quietly running through the entries of his internal system. This was the first time he faced the enemy so proactively, but he knew it was necessary.
The field's wind bit sharply, yet Liu He’s heart burned fiercely. The students were being evacuated in an orderly manner, while the remaining teachers gathered solemnly on the opposite side of the field.
“Stay steady, everyone!” Lu Caiyuan’s voice was rock-solid, filled with strength. “This is only temporary. Liu He will help us through this crisis.”
Among the students, many had already developed a deep respect for Liu He because of his loyalty and sense of duty.
“Teacher, how can we help?” a voice broke the tense atmosphere.
Liu He turned toward the voice, his eyes shining with comfort. He smiled.
“You are the academy’s future. Protecting yourselves is the greatest help you can give.”
In the distance, Han Kun’s men advanced beneath the darkened sky, their faces twisted with hostility toward Yun City Academy.
Liu He silently chanted as he felt his system activate.

A faint glow of supernatural energy rippled outward around him, filling his body with a power he had never experienced before.
Liu He glanced at Kong Xiangrui. No words were exchanged—only a firm nod.
He took a deep breath and declared loudly, “We will use the academy’s terrain to launch our counterattack!”
Immediately, the sandy ground of the field began to shift, as if responding to some unseen summons. The subtle runes etched into the earth, nearly overlooked before, started to shimmer.
Liu He’s mastery over the system grew more proficient by the moment. Even faced with such complexity, his confidence soared.
Han Kun watched the sudden burst of light in the distance, his thin lips tightening in a cold snort.
He would never allow a mere teacher to obstruct his plan.
“Full attack! Don’t give them any chance to set traps!”
His command cut through the air like a blade.
At this critical moment, Liu He had no retreat. He vowed to transform his previous courage into decisive action.
As Han Kun’s men stepped onto the field, Liu He triggered the trap. The underground rune array suddenly exploded in a brilliant blaze, temporarily halting the enemy’s advance.
“Han Kun!” Liu He’s voice thundered with unhidden fury and determination. “If you press any further, I will no longer hold back!”
Everyone on the field held their breath. As Liu He had foreseen, this was the moment he took control of the situation. All eyes focused on him.
The tense atmosphere was like a drawn bowstring; every person awaited the release and the coming shock.
The final confrontation was imminent. Liu He’s mind held only one thought: no matter what, the future of Yun City Academy would be guarded by him.
