Although Tang Xiao had deliberately slowed her pace, the series of actions she had just demonstrated lasted only a few minutes.

Lin Luyou watched intently, memorizing the positions Tang Xiao clicked on, while her own hands mimicked mouse movements in the air.

“Women’s clothing is a major category, so when I filter products from each fifth-level subcategory, there are a lot to choose from. For narrower categories, like dietary supplements and health products, you don’t need to select as many. About fifty items for each leaf-level category should be enough,” Tang Xiao explained as she worked, reminding her at every step.

“When you’ve selected your product pool, remember to highlight them, then copy and paste the list into a new Excel file. Only copy the text, nothing else. Save it, and upload it to the cloud drive, so everyone in our group can access it. That’s the process—do you understand?”

Without waiting for Lin Luyou’s reply, Tang Xiao added, “It’s okay if you’re still confused. When you try it yourself later, just call me if you run into any problems.”

Lin Luyou, going over Tang Xiao’s instructions in her mind, hurried back to her own workstation, afraid that if she moved too slowly, she might forget what she’d just learned.

Yet, as soon as she opened the document herself, she realized the task wasn’t as complicated as she had imagined. Within minutes, she had also finished compiling the product pool as required.

“Xiaoxiao, can you take a look for me? Did I do it right?” Lin Luyou tapped Tang Xiao’s chair, pushing her computer in front of her, then scooted aside to give her more space.

“So fast!” Tang Xiao was surprised by her speed. Seeing that Lin Luyou was about to move away, she grabbed her chair, saying, “Hey, where are you going? Stay here and look at it with me.”

Tang Xiao clicked through the lines with the mouse, reviewing each step. After confirming there were no errors, she nodded and said,

“Looks good. Now just create a new document and paste these in. Oh, and remember to write, right at the top, the criteria you used to select these products—the exact steps you followed in the original spreadsheet.”

Lin Luyou nodded and quickly did as she was told, saving the document in the designated folder.

Just then, Chen Xujia finally finished her meeting and hurried back to her desk.

“So, how’s it going? What are you all working on now?”

When their supervisor asked, Yang Tianqi repeated the task she had just assigned. As Chen Xujia listened, she opened the document.

“Well, our newcomer is picking things up quickly!”

Noticing that Lin Luyou had already submitted her work, Chen Xujia was a little surprised. Only three people had finished so far, and Lin Luyou’s name was among them.

“Yeah, I was assigned dietary supplements and health products—it’s a small category, so it wasn’t too hard,” Lin Luyou replied, touching her ear and smiling shyly.

At that moment, Cheng Li also rushed to finish her task. She looked up at Chen Xujia and said,

“I’ve finished my part too! I saw Tianqi was busy earlier, so I didn’t want to interrupt… Once you check it, I’ll upload it.”

As she spoke, she pushed her computer in front of Yang Tianqi.

“Tianqi, I’ve finished as well. Could you take a look when you have a moment?”

Yang Tianqi, suspecting nothing, cleared some space on her desk, took Cheng Li’s computer, and began reading through the work line by line.
